Modernist Indian fine dining concept set to open at Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai

Evoking new flavours and representing the finest culinary excellence of Indian cuisine, modernist fine dining restaurant Tresind is set to open its doors in Dubai this October, 2014 at the renowned landmark of Radisson Royal Hotel, Dubai.

The cuisine offered at Tresind is a blend of the best of Indian ingredients and the most modern gastronomic techniques the world has to offer. Bringing the two together explores a combination that will satisfy in a way that hasn’t been experienced before. The menu offers signature dishes such as, Lightest Dokhla with Coconut chutney icecream, curry leaf and mustard water perfume’, ‘Gun powder spiced Monk fish a la plancha with popcorn kicdhi and young coriander’, ‘De- constructed biryani’, ‘Gajar Halwa texture, cardamom and lime ice cylinder, milk skin crisp.

Tresind marries a progressive fine dining approach to traditional Indian classics, Chef Sujan S., brings a unique fine dining concept in molecular gastronomy to Dubai for the very first time.

Interiors at Tresind are lavish in design and the space will host over 120 guests. Their design features can be enjoyed from their lounge area in a tranquil setting. With an extensive drinks menu, created by their in-house mixologists, the tailor made drinks   and selective wine list compliment the cuisine. Coupled together this combination ensures that Tresind is set to become a popular dining destination amongst Dubai residence and international travellers alike.
