The new #MyFest2015 campaign also known as Malaysia’s Year of Festivals – aims to boost the tourism sector and ensure that the Malaysian tourism industry remains robust. The new campaign seeks to showcase and celebrate “Endless Celebrations” which highlights Malaysia’s year-long calendar packed with festivities of every genre.

The new #MyFest2015 campaign also known as Malaysia’s Year of Festivals – aims to boost the tourism sector and ensure that the Malaysian tourism industry remains robust. The new campaign seeks to showcase and celebrate “Endless Celebrations” which highlights Malaysia’s year-long calendar packed with festivities of every genre. The Minister also launched the new Malaysia Brochure “Explore the Wonders”, the latest tourism package catering to families and gives visitors the opportunity to discover rich Malaysian culture and nature.

Moreover the Smart-I Mobile Application by Smart Malaysia Tourist was launched during ATM in addition to the reveal of the online app by I-tourism which is intended to ease the travel concerns of tourists who plan to visit Malaysia.

The app covers places of interest, accommodation, shopping, food and beverages in over 24 categories which offer in total 1,027 with an estimated value of RM250,000 that can be enjoyed by the subscribers including location maps and driving directions, directly from their mobile phones
