Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel has introduced an enticing Ramadan package inviting families and friends to savour the season’s favourite delicacies at Snug Restaurant.

General Manager Hartmut Grauel said, “The holy month of Ramadan holds special significance for Snug Restaurant that attracts considerable number of diners. As the atmosphere gets transformed to suit the occasion, it beckons families as well as individuals to enjoy some great food in a beautiful setting. Break your fast with a selection of finest dates, dry apricots and figs, quench your thirst with traditional Ramadan drinks like Laban Ayran, Jallab, Tamarind, Kamar Al Deen and the regular soft drinks.

Start your meal with the day’s special soup, as the chefs will prepare over 15 types of soups to give a different taste every day. The buffet will feature a selection of twelve items every day from the menu of Cold Mezza that mentions more than two dozen popular items.

The buffet will also have a selection of three items from the restaurant’s Hot Mezza menu that features ever popular items like Cheese rolls, Meat Sambousik, Spinach Fatayer, Meat Kebbeh, Makanik, Sojok, Chicken wings and Fattet Laban. Again, the daily offerings of hot mezza will keep changing throughout the month of Ramadan.

The main course menu features traditional mixed grill with Tawouk, Kafta and Kabab, market-fresh vegetables, baked or sautéed potatoes, white rice, Vermicelli rice or vegetable fried rice along with the day’s special dishes. The culinary team will prepare around 15 separate sets for the main course, so that you find a new set of main course on your next visit. Round off your meal with a selection of traditional Arabic and international desserts.

Suhour Buffet is equally elaborate. Assorted dry fruits and dates will be on the table to start your suhour with. Choose from cold items like Labneh balls in olive oil, selection of local and International cheeses (four kinds), selection of three kinds of cold cuts and assorted vegetables cuts. The list of hot items will have the options of eggs prepared as per your choice (scrambled, fried, Omlette), Foul Modammas, Balila, Sausages, Potatoes, Sahlab & Kaek. Complete your suhour with a selection of fresh fruits and Arabic sweets. Included are traditional Ramadan beverages like Laban, Ayran, Jallab, Tamarind and Kamar Al Deen.
