Danube Properties Launches ‘Glitz 3’ on Increasing Investors Demand

The latest addition to the growing portfolio of Danube Properties was announced today with the inauguration of the third Glitz property, Glitz Residence 3 by Danube. Hosted at the Danube Properties Head Office, the details of the upcoming venture were unveiled by the Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, Mr. Rizwan Sajan along with other senior management of the Group. This will be the fourth property announcement by the brand within a year, inresponse to the ever growing investors trust on Danube and the increasing demand for residential apartments in Dubai.

Located in Dubai Studio City, the project has been conceptualised and designed by Danube featuring Studio, One, Two and Three-bedroom apartments across2 Towers of 8 Levels each. The project also includes 6 shops to cater to the needs of the residents. Each unit has been carefully defined by a contemporary architectural style along with state of the art facilities. The launch of all Danube Properties’ projects so far have been in keeping with the Government’s ideology of introducing more affordable housing in the residential development market. Realty projects such as Dreamz by Danube and Glitz 1, 2 & 3 promises to be a boon to middle-income residents struggling to cope with the surge in rents and real estate prices. The strengthening move towards affordable housing will be seen to have far-reaching positive implications and is expected to bring a wide range of benefits to the emirate, while driving further maturity in the market. Earlier this year, Danube successfully sold out all the units of its first two residential towers Glitz 1 and 2, comprising a total of 300 units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. “We are delighted with the great response that the first sales event for Glitz’s residential units had generated, firmly consolidating our pioneering status in the industry. Due to limited inventory, a lot of the potential buyers have been patiently waiting for this launch. In an additional effort to provide the best quality to its end users and target safety, the brand will also be employing the use of Aluminium Composite Panels that are produced by Alucopanel USA and exclusively distributed under Danube Group. After receiving Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approvals earlier this month, the 4 mm aluminum composite panels sandwiched with 3mm fire retardant core is now acceptable for building exterior wall cladding applications throughout UAE and will be used in future construction projects by the group.
