The Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel has launched an amazing Ramadan package inviting families and corporate groups to savour a wide selection of sumptuous Arabic dishes for Iftar and Suhour, as well as a variety of shisha flavours. Enlivening the evenings will be live musical performances.

The Snug Restaurant at the hotel has long established itself as a superb family restaurant. Hartmut Grauel, General Manager of Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel, said that it is not only the sheer volume and variety of dishes that attracts residents and visitors to them but also the service and quality of food. The Ramadan package is equally irresistible.

He said, “Every item on the buffet is delicious and caringly prepared. In addition to the marvellous food, guests can indulge in exotic Shisha flavours on the terrace where a big TV screen will be placed to watch the daily Arabic TV series during Suhour. Also enjoy live Oud performance every Friday and Saturday during Suhour.”

The diners can savour the Iftar for US$25 per person, US$15 for children below 10 years, while Suhour can be relished at US$15 per person (10%VAT applicable on above rates). US$5 will be charged extra on days when the oud player is playing, while shisha can be enjoyed for US$8 net.

Besides daily Iftar buffets at the Snug Restaurant, private Iftar gathering for corporate or families can also be arranged in the ballroom which can accommodate up to 300 persons. The offer includes traditional Ramadan items such as Jellab, Kamar El Dein, Laban and mineral water, while soft drinks and other juices will be charged extra.

The sumptuous Iftar buffet features a variety of soups offering a different taste every day and a wide selection of hot and cold mezza including ever popular items like Cheese rolls, Meat Sambousik, Spinach Fatayer, Meat Kebbeh, Makanik, Sojok, Chicken wings and Fattet Laban. The main course menu is equally rich and features traditional mixed grill with Tawouk, Kafta and Kabab, market-fresh vegetables, baked or sautéed potatoes, white rice, Vermicelli rice or vegetable fried rice along with the day’s special dishes.

The hotel has made elaborate arrangements for Suhour, too. Assorted dry fruits and dates will be on the table to start your Suhour with. Diners can choose from cold items like labneh balls in olive oil, selection of local and international cheeses, cold cuts and freshly carved vegetables. The list of hot items will have the options of eggs prepared as per the guests’ choice, besides regular items like Foul Medammas, Balila, Sausages, Potatoes, Sahlab & Kaek. Savour traditional Ramadan beverages to keep yourself refreshed throughout the day.
