Sip & Paint at Time Out Market Dubai

Time Out Market Dubai is thrilled to announce their second Sip & Paint, an inspiring event that will take place at the Market on Sunday, July 23.

Time Out Market Dubai is a food and cultural market that brings the best of the city together under one roof – based on editorial curation. Located in the Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai, guests can explore 17 different food concepts by the city’s best chefs and restaurateurs, 3 bars and an environment filled with creativity and culture.

Adding to the Market’s cultural calendar is the Sip & Paint event that will guarantee an unforgettable evening filled with painting, artistic expression and lots of fun, all whilst sipping on a delicious glass of grape or beverage of your choice.

This entertaining experience will be led by the talented Rakhi Sawalani & Marina Roussou from Desert Art Collective. The artists were discovered by Time Out Market Dubai after submitting their portfolios at an Art Box pop-up, targeting local artists, that was held in March at the Market. Now, Rakhi & Marina are hosting the second Sip & Paint at Time Out Market Dubai after the first event’s success.

Rakhi & Marina will guide participants through the painting process, ensuring a delightful and fulfilling experience for all attendees. Whether you are an experienced painter or a first-time enthusiast, this event invites everyone to unleash their inner artist and discover their hidden talents, channelling their inner Van Gogh, Abdulla Lutfi or Michelangelo, all in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Desert Art Collective was founded in 2016 in the UAE by Rakhi Sawalani and Marina Roussou and have since been organising art workshops, both for adults and kids. The Collective offers art workshops for all skill levels, aiming to create a positive and relaxing session for anyone attending.
