The Exceptional Chef Series with Victoria Blamey X BB Social Dining Abu Dhabi

Prepare for an epic culinary journey as Victoria Blamey, 2 Michelin Star chef from New York, comes to Abu Dhabi, to showcase her exceptional gastronomic talents alongside Head Chef and Co-Founder of BB Social Dining, Alexander Stumpf. As part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Exceptional Chef Series, Victoria will work in partnership with BB Social Dining, Rosewood Abu Dhabi to create a unique experience and an unforgettable dinner on 16th September 2023.

Renowned for her captivating cuisine, Chef Victoria Blamey has garnered international acclaim and recognition from esteemed critics. The New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells said “Ms. Blamey loads her dishes with more excitement than you will find in other new restaurants that are getting far more attention.” Chef Blamey’s latest venture, Mena, a restaurant in TriBeCa, has been making waves with its innovative culinary creations, drawing inspiration from her Chilean upbringing and reinterpreting classic flavours in creative ways.

Chef Blamey will work with the Head Chef and Co-Founder of BB Social Dining Alexander Stumpf to create a sharing style menu that will bring both Chef’s innovations and techniques together, giving guests a truly unique experience. Home grown gem, BB Social Dining, beloved for its ode to Eastern cuisine, will showcase a twist on its regular offering whilst Chef Blamey will pull inspirations from her Chilean roots.

Part of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s (DCT Abu Dhabi) annual Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, one of the most significant culinary festivals in the region, the Abu Dhabi Exceptional Chef Series will see 12 Michelin-starred chefs offer unforgettable dining experiences over the course of 12 days, including Chef’s Kitchen activations and intimate Four Hands Dinners, showcasing the very best of local and international cuisine.
