Single, married or in the honeymoon phase, CLAW’s Love Shack is bound to tick a box or two. From Friday 12th through to Sunday 14th February, guests can expect to see CLAW like never before as it’s transformed into the Love Shack; one side will be cupid’s haven, with the other half appealing to those who welcome Valentine’s as much as a pending deadline.
The Love Shack is a little old place where food lovers (we) can get together, with diners encouraged to dress in the colours of love or deep and dark if part of Team Anti to enjoy its renowned Rock Star Brunch. Diners will be sat depending on which colours are worn, so it’s up to the guests to decide on which section best fits – red or black. To make sure it’s well and truly a memorable brunch, Calvin and the gang will be installing a photobooth to capture all of those magic moments. Brunch packages start from AED 229 through to AED 399 for The Professional, expect CLAW-some signature dishes, drinks a-plenty as well as a range of cocktails and shooters.
Headin’ on down to the Love Shack, Calvin and the kitchen heroes have also rustled up the ‘Lovers’ and ‘Anti-Valentine’s’ set-menus, which include three courses and a beverage. Both menus are available from 7pm Friday through to Sunday, all of this for a yummy price of AED 250 per person, whether that be a BFF, crush, the team or special someone.
That’s not all, as the funky little shack, a.k.a CLAW’s now infamous Barn will be screening a series of rom-com box office hits ‘Drive In’ style. Guests can expect tear jerkers to sweet happy endings, films will be announced on CLAW’s Facebook on the run-up to the Love Shack takeover.

RIVA
Cupid’s month is just around the corner and for those looking to treat a loved one this Valentine’s Day, the award-winning RIVA Ristorante has created a bespoke, Italian inspired set menu.
The Valentine’s menu begins with fresh Lobster Carpaccio and Caviar, followed by Goats Cheese Agnolotti with Saffron and Tomato. Guests can then choose from either RIVA’s popular Grilled Beef Fillet with Truffle Potato or fresh Pan Fried Red Mullet with Ratatouille. The menu ends with a selection of desserts followed by a digestif and is priced at AED 650 per couple. For diners wishing to pair the menu with a his and hers welcome cocktail and bottle of Rose the price is AED 999 per couple.
Diners can choose to dine in RIVA’s contemporary and cool toned ristorante or al fresco to enjoy the views. The evening’s chill-out soundtrack will be provided by resident DJ Pascal, who be playing out on RIVA’s famed Gazebo Bar. Following dinner, couples and friends alike can unwind in the outdoor shisha terrace or gazebo bar and continue the night with signature cocktails under the stars.
