Calling all hotdawg lovers – who says you have to book a flight to get a taste of America, when you can settle down to a feast of CLAW-tastic flavor exploding hotdawgs! Every month from January to April, there will be a new hotdawg on offer hailing from the regions that depict the melting pot that is America.

This month, guests can leave their diets at the door and dig in to The Italian Job – a chicken dawg flavored with grilled peppers, sundried tomato and aromatic herbs, served on a Brioche roll with Marinara Sauce and fries. The best bit – it’s topped with lashings of cheese – heavenly!

In February, The Mexican Connection is where it’s at;with a succulent beef dawg spiced with smokey beef bacon and flamed with jalapeno, served on a Brioche roll with Chipotle mayonnaise and fries. CLAW’s famed margaritas are naturally the perfect companion. It’s two-for-one on Mondays BTW.

March is all about The Spanish Conquistador, which boasts a chicken dawg flavored with a blend of smoky paprika, cayenne, fresh garlic, oregano and a hint of Balsamic Vinegar, served on a Brioche roll with Aioli and fries.

Last, but by no means least in April is The Caribbean Jerk, which is a bonanza of beef dawg flavored with fresh chilies, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, garlic and aromatic herbs, served on a Brioche roll with a Pineapple & Coconut salsa and fries.

Whatever the preference, the delicious hotdawgs will be served on a platter filled with buckets-full of Southern Hospitality, so mosey on down to CLAW and put some South-In-Your-Mouth before it’s too late. It’s guaranteed to be CLAW-some!
